Use this page for pricing, procurement, a security review, or a walkthrough. There is no automated checkout. Paid plans are not self-checkout yet, and the next step is a short fit review so pricing matches deployment scope, data residency, and support needs.
The demo is open at demo.ileri.ai and Starter needs no call. If either of those answers your question, you have saved yourself a round trip and us an email.
Three addresses, and what each one is for.
Two of these are the same inbox, split by what the message is about, because a security reviewer and a buyer want very different first replies.
Pricing and fit review
Use it forGrowth and Enterprise pricing, procurement questions, and the fit review itself. This is the only route to a paid plan, because there is no checkout.
What to expectThree things get sized: deployment scope, data residency, and support needs. You leave with a price or with the reason there is not one yet.
Security and procurement review
Use it forDeployment topology, tenant isolation evidence, encryption of integration secrets, and the certification question your questionnaire is going to ask.
What to expectFile paths rather than adjectives: migrations 009 and 020, the RLS middleware, the route wiring, and the integration test. Plus the honest list of what Ileri is not certified for, which is SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
Product faults
Use it forSomething in the product not behaving. This is the address the application itself hands you when it hits an error, so it is the right one for a fault rather than a question about buying.
What to expectA human reading it. No response-time commitment is published, so none is claimed here. Include what you were doing and what the product did instead.
What to put in it.
The mail link below prefills the first three. They are the details that make a first reply useful instead of a request for more detail.
- Your organization, and your role in it.
- Databricks workspace status, if there is one.
- One governance workflow you want to validate first.
- Anything that is a hard gate: a certification requirement, a residency constraint, a procurement deadline.
Name them in the first message. If Ileri cannot clear one, we would rather tell you in the first reply than manage the question through three calls. Losing early is cheaper for both sides than losing late.
Things you do not have to ask us for.
Most of what a first call would cover is already reachable without one. Look at these before writing, and the message you send will be a better one.
The live demo
A real environment you drive yourself, not a recorded tour and not a screenshot.
demo.ileri.aiA private organization
Starter is in the product today. Sign up and you have it, with no call in the way.
Create an accountThe live API
The health endpoint answers publicly, so the API is verifiable before anyone talks to you about it.
api.ileri.ai/healthThe pricing posture
Three tiers, the real feature lists, and a plain statement of what is and is not self-serve.
Pricing
All three endpoints checked 2026-07-30.
Stated here so you do not have to spend a call finding out. If a vendor page cannot tell you this much before the call, ask why.
- A certification we do not hold. Not SOC 2, not ISO 27001, not FedRAMP.
- An uptime, availability, or SLA figure. None is published.
- A customer reference or a logo. There are none to give you.
- A latency or throughput number, because none has been measured for publication.
- A dashboard filled in to look busy. The demo is a live environment, not a staged screenshot.
Write when you have a real question.
Open the demo first, create an account if it looks right, and use the mail link when you need something only a person can answer.
Ìlérí is Yoruba for promise. The first one is that this page tells you the truth about what happens next.
